Masood requested to the court that only pansare case will be dealt with and other cases those only came after the EOW investigation should not be consider and he should allowed to run his business shows that Masood wants to run his business.
The only problem created by the EOW investigation and some investors who wants to creat panics among others and i, m bet these all are those whose investment return with handsome return , investors like me who have just invested are more calm because we want our principle back or otherwise the scheme goes on what may be the situation new investors are ready to accept , here only the problem guys are old investors my request to them please don’t take the advantage of the situation that u are on the hill top and may be winner in cargil war.
The matter is in Supreme Court and may be the Court instructed to the old investors to return all the additional amount that they got except their principle amount along with 7% to new investors , if company fill for bankruptcy in the court.
I know court proceedings any thing can happen to safeguard the principle amount of new investors moreover the Hounarable Court has all the data of the each and every investor among you many may have deposit the investment amount in cash and may be that money is Black Money ???????
so warning !!!!!! pls stay calm and take the legal advise from your contacts and don’t misguide by the hooligans who claiming to form other kind of the forums and charging Rs 1000/- each
