PLZ DON’T INVEST MORE.......... Yes we all will lose our money invested, but luring new customers to get our returns back is not right..... the government has to do something to ensure that people like us are protected incase all fails here...... But if they are involved in it, then who will help.
It’s been 6 years in existence and after one complete revolution, people that have got their money back will only be tempted to invest more and in the bargain will lose out at some point. We all gambled trying to hit it big and now we have to pay the price.
Does anyone know what happened to the UNIQUE FINANCE company from Thane... it’s worth finding out... Similar circumstances and they were offering higher returns as compared to City..sure enough rivalry and competition put them down and the owner fled only to be caught and arrested and the money ceased.
The case has yet to come to court since 2 years and am not sure it will come up at all. So from that I can tell you for sure that if this goes to court, then rest assured that the leagal hassles that one will have to go through will be ridiculous only to be sure that you will not see the money anytime soon... not in the next 15 years based on how the law in this country works..In this case there are too many investors and will be a complete paralysis for many investors. I feel people have invested more here than even in the stock markets...........
