All the investors of City group are now aware that the City Limouzine co. has gone into liquidation as per the Bombay High Court orders. Official Liquidator was appointed on 3rd December 2010. But the Liquidator is appointed for only City Limouzine Co. (Car finance Scheme). The Official Liquidator has started accepting the claims from the investors of this company . Since the Company was registered in Mumbai, all the investors across India will have to put up the claims in the Official Liquidator’s office in Mumbai only.
There is a procedure to put up your claims at the liquidator office in Mumbai.There is a official liquidator’s claim form which has to be submitted along with the zerox copies of the receipts and agreements of City Limouzine India Ltd., (Car Finance Scheme). The forms has to be notarized before submitting to the official liquidator,
If investors wish to put up their claims at the official liquidators, they can contact City Group Investor Association (CGIA) , office number. 022-32662245 /Mobile : 9833328866 / 9323547213 / between Mon- Sat from, 11:30 am to 06:30 pm who will help them in submitting their claims to the official liquidators.

The claim settlement is solely at the discretion of the Official Liquidator appointed in Mumbai, hence
the Association will not be liable for non-receipt of payment from the Official Liquidator as this is only a procedural work done by the Association on behalf of the investors who will come forward to put up their claims through us.
