Folks-I have discussed this issue entirely with a lawyer. A vakalatnama will required from each one to appoint the lawyer. I am assuming we will have at least 100 people join in. The lawyer is from J.Sagar & Co in Ballard

All people who transfer the funds by 9am tomorrow morning will be part of the petition to oppose the stay in tomorrow’s hearing. The same people will be part of a team that will fight against City legally. We may have to file a few more suits against the directors etc, but clarity will be know after tomorrow’s hearing.
I suggest, please rush and transfer Rs.500 to the above account asap and send me an email. I will then email you a vakalatnama, which you will have to sign and fax directly to the lawyer.
