I hope this message gets you some relief. I was at the Nariman Point office for over 5 hours today. Finally at 5:30pm, I could meet Geeta. I went to her office, and she was sitting there with no other but Mr. Masood himself. He is very much in the country.
This entire issue had to do with FEMA. Fema has apparently stopped all their transaction pending investigation. City Group moved to the Bombay High Court, on August 13th, hearing of which was on Sep 4th (hence Sep 5th and 7th) date given to everyone since the problem started.
The hearing took place but the order will be given on Sep 9th, which was not expected. They expected the order to be given yesterday itself. So given, the order comes on the 9th, then fund all their bank accounts, which will take 2-3 days and so we can deposit cheques on the 15th.
