Gold Adlabs is in Kalyani Nagar. One can come by Koregaon Park North Main Road and take a left turn after crossing Pizza Hut (1 min drive) or take a right turn from Nagar Road after Aga Khan Palace and pass in front of Bishop’s School. Major advantage is that one can reach here from Khardi, Koregaon Park, Kalyani Nagar, Yerawada and other adjoining areas without much traffic hazzles. Wanowrie and Kondhwa gang can come by Solapur bypass also and take a left turn to Koregaon Park North Main Road and then turn right at Kalyani Nagar. I think the straight road leads to Hadapsar. I am giving the directions clearly because I remember when I came to Pune last year, finding places was so difficult that I had to take my driver everywhere I went. Anyway, please get the directions clear before you venture out as finding roads may still be difficult.
This multiplex houses good eateries and also has a Crosswords shop. The place is good and the staff is very helpful. Advance booking is also possible subject to certain conditions that they have (like extra charges). People attending the calls are courteous and well informed about what they are doing.
I have not tried home delivery of tickets as yet.
The place has good parking facilities but the parking floorings are loose at places and also, the drive way is too narrow. Please drive very carefully. Also, I have noticed that a fine layer of dust is present on the car when we p[ark it there for sometime. Attendants are however, very helpful and regulate the traffic well.
Screens are good and seats are also good. Seats are spacious and ergonomically designed with food holders etc. Even when we sit in the fornt row (once, we decided on the movie at the last minute and got the third row from the front), strain is less on eyes and neck.
Toilets are clean and usable.
One drawback I have seen is that for climbing up, there are no stair cases and only escalator is present. People uncomfortable with escalators may find this difficult. It will be nice if stairs are built to take people up also.
On the whole, a good place to visit.
