My experience with City Union Bank was disappointing. Their online banking is not user-friendly, and the customer service hardly picks up calls or provides solutions. I faced issues with ATM withdrawals and balance updates. The staff at the branch were polite but not efficient in resolving issues quickly. Needs a lot of improvement before it can compete with other banks.
