I have used City Flow for more than 6 months for travelling to BKC from Kharghar but I am totally frustrated by the lack of professionalism by the management. They change the route without thinking the convenience of the customers and states that was majority of the customers’ demand! I used to get down at Gharkul/DMART corner at Kharghar. On a rainy day I was told by the driver that the bus would not beyond Reliance Fresh stop as the route has changed. During the heavy rain I had to walk almost 2.5 Km to reach my original drop point. On contacting the service desk and the owners I was told that was the demand from many passengers but they would look into the issues. Actually what happened is that they even changed the onward route for most of the buses too after few weeks adding more pain. I don’t know whether that has saved precious 5 minutes for their valuable customers or fuel cost for their own(just 2 Km?):-). And all the way I had their monthly subscription! Very very disappointed.
