I was using and requested to relocate the items to new address. First of all customer care executives hardly care for existing customers. Looks like they are least bothered about company. Always are super lazy to respond and keep on saying i have highlighted your case but absolutely no action or work is being done. I ended up following up with them from time to time as they are least bothered or concerned and as everything is centralized nothing comes on time. Call goes to Delhi team, then local(Bangalore) team ground team takes forever to confirm the order. There is no one we can speak to and make them realise the issue. Waiting period in ivr is more than 8mins. It’s better they shut the company rather than troubling users. They speak as if customers are their slaves. No coordination between customer care and ground team. My reschedule request is ignored and closed saying it’s completed. Their work timings are absurd. 11am to 6pm in dat time when you call they won’t pickup. And worst is when they say.. we will try our best and any relocation is taken up in the afternoon. None of this was told when i raised the relocation. Stop this nonsense and close the company atleast we users be little better shape than getting stalled.
