I am working since last two years, lots of learning opportunities are there, I joined as junior .NET developer now I am working on MVC project as they provided me training on MVC and also I got overseas opportunity in between and went Dubai for onsite project, which was very motivational for me. Company is structured.
Only cons is work pressure is high sometimes and company is not good performers if you can perform well you will get good growth.
