Horrible company. there is no highly qualified developers. very bad work culture as well as very bad management. employees are treated as slave. there is no employee benefit. too much working hour. here quantity is more important than quality. here working hour is more important than the work.
here official working hour is 8 hours only. but you have to work more than 10 hours in a day to make up your job. but you will not get any benefit for that extra hour. there are two holidays(saturday & sunday) on every week. but the management has the right to force you to work on 12 saturdays every year(1st Jan-31st Dec) without any extra pay.
do you want a very good appraisal at end of the year? your good performance is not enough. you must to oil you team leader or project manager.
very rough behavior of Mr. Rabindra Bhatia, CEO to the employees, same thing with Mohsin Ali(mama), the project manager.
I do not want to waste my time to write about the HRs. I can’t understand why those two are in the company.
citytech forces their new employees before joining to sign a bond about non leaving the company before 1 year which totally illegal as per best of my knowledge. moreover, during leaving the company, citytech does not provide the release letter to the employees before the notice period of 45 working days which is too long. no other company will wait for you for such a long period unless you are an extraordinary candidate. so once if you join here, you can not leave it very easily.
