I went to CK birla hospital on 30th July just to get tetanus injection. They charged me INR800 where the injection was of INR100, hospital registration INR100. Front desk executive named Faby told me they cannot inject without doctor consultation so they charged me INR600 for doctor consultation doctor named Dikshant Verma. They asked me to go to emergency section and I waited there are more than 1hour. Doctor was not available. After making many calls for nurce, their supervisor told them to inject without doctor consultation. Highly irresponsible attitude. I was asked to pay for consultation when doctor was not available, I am charged unnecessarily as consultion was not required if it would have been required then supervisor wont have suggested to inject without doctors consultion.
Highly irresponsible attitude, heights of over charging, when asked for refund, they refused. How can you charge a patient when they didn’t meet doctor because doctor was not available? Are you gus trying to fool and plunder public? Are you guys there just to charge patient without knowing their problems? Answer to all question is YES. Shut down CK Birla Hospital Gurgaon. While posting the posting they are forcing me to give 3 stars else post will not be posted. This hospital is not even worth one star.
