Hotel in a good location with 5 star staff!

Was there with my family in January. We were disappointed with the rooms and the manager was rude when we asked for a change in rooms. I also needed help to break my luggage locks as we have forgotten to bring the keys.


Had no choice but to ask from front desk but no help was given. until a young guy came forward to me and offered help. He is introduced himself as the marketing staff of the hotel. Managed to break the locks with his help. It was supposed to be a disastrous stay but he changed everything. His service was excellent. Offered my family tips on where to go and always there when we need something.


He said the guests are his priorities. He should be working in a 5 star hotel! I believe the hotel is full for the rest of our 5 days stay. He did a great job but unfortunately the hotel is not functioning well.


Breakfast was poor and needs to improve. The rooms needs to upgrade. Location is perfect! The only great service was from the marketing guy. Unfortunately I forgot his name.


For all future guests, just look for him if you need anything and dont try asking from the rest!


Stayed in family room.
