Its in the month of OCT.2013 I bought a pair of shoes for my wife as a birthday gift worth Rs.5k from CLARKS store in MGF Mall, Gurgaon with tall commitments and sweet talks by uneducated sales man. He committed exchange or refund within 06 months. Unluckily the pair didn’t fit in and I went for a higher size but I was denied the same in stead asked to exchange for another design/pair which I agreed and identified one. The new pair was again worth 5k but to my surprise the same sales man asked me to pay a differential of 1000/- as the older pair which I had bought was now on sale with 20% off. I was totally zipped and amazed by such a poor sales commitment.
I will ask even my enemy not to venture close to CLARKS store ever or else he too would be robbed of his hard earned money.
Good way to sell your crap into the market and days are not far off when this brand would be washed out of atleast Indian market,
(PLEASE HAVE PROVISION FOR NEGATIVE OR RED MARKING AS WELL).
