I think there is literally little or no coordination between the company executives. What I ordered my neighbor received and I gave it one more try just to see if it happened by mistake, same was done by neighbour. And guess what happened? They repeated the same mistake my product under his name and address and his product in my name and address. Once when they had it almost right, they had my number mixed up with some other guy? I received a mail saying we were unable to complete your order, incorrect contact details provided as the reason. When I checked it, it wasnt my number in the first place. On the other hand taking a refund is a hell of a task for any person who is little no no expert in being technically well versed. The refund time is another pain to be honest. Mostly the gifting websites take 7-9 business days, well this company takes a lifetime to refund the money after calling them infinite times. Not recommended at all.
