I took the SIM for USA. On my arrival in Chicago the SIM did not work, I had lot of problem but ultimately I got a local SIM. I sent many emails to Clay customer service and my relationship manager Prashant.
On the day of my departure the SIM did work and I used it to make 1-2 calls just to check.
I informed Clay that since the SIM did not work they should not charge me any money towards rent or setup fee but I am willing to pay for the 2 calls I have made on the last day of my trip, but Clay charged me rent/setup fee and for the calls.
When I complained I was pushed around to many different people and the RM Prashant became very rude.
They have not refunded the extra money charged by them. Its not a big amount but it shows how bad their service is.
I think people should avoid Clay Telecom and even if you take SIM from them do not give them unlimited access to your Credit Card.
