I took a SIM for while visiting USA. I did not receive any registration mail. The SIM did not work. I called from another phone and informed Clay India. It was not activated. I asked them to cancel my contract. Mr. Piyush Parashar assured me to do the needful. Then I received a mail blocking Rs. 5000.00 on my credit card. Again, after sending the mail, I was assured that the blocking will not be done.
After returning back, I got a bill of Rs. 785.40 charged to my credit card even though I could not use the SIM for even a second. I made several calls/mail to Clay Care. I get polite replies without any action. Mr. Piyush Parashar always promises to get back to me but fails to keep his promises. I again called today but he did not pick my phone.
I warn all of you that do not rely that Clays country specific SIM will really work and do not give your designated phone number provided by clay to your friends/family. They may unsuccessfully try to call you. I had lots of problem at New York airport when my friend(who came to pick me up) and my sons tried to contact me but always found me unreachable.
