I had taken a sim card to visit Canada for a 13 days from 19-7-2015, but it didn’t work at all. I informed the expert team of clay telecom and they could resolve. After my return, I was shocked to see the invoice for Rs.12770.00(and also the payment from my credit card), which showed USA Roaming and GPRS usage from 16-7-2015 while I was still in India till 19th. How is it possible? I sent emails to the company regarding the wrong invoice and repayment. Nothing positive has happened.

This is in continuation of the above. Great, I got back Rs.7770/- and the balance of Rs. 5000/- is still pending with them.
The greatest surprise is that I have received once more Invoice of Rs.47, 768.12 for the period from 2-9-15 to 29-9-15. I am in India not in Canada or USA. The amount has already been deducted from my credit card. Now, I don’t know how to get back my money back
