I opted for Clay telecom and took a SIM for my Business trip to Kenya on September 2014. The service quality was horrible . to say the least.
The network was unpredictable and almost every alternate day there was no connections in the evenings. When I reported the problem to customer service, the response was very poor and far from professional.
There was one instance when they had disconnected my connection on account of non-payment, because their billing team had forgot to charge my credit card(the details of which was duly collected by them before the commencement of the services).
I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from Clay.
