*After reading through multiple sordid stories ofworst practices, how I only wish I would have looked up the net before providing Clay Telecom access to my organization. We were on a group travel to overseas destination and decided this time to try the services of a little known Clay telecom. Needless to say all of us, especially the undersigned cursed ourselves for going beyond the conventional. My experience was no different from the ones stated by most others on this forum. With complete disregard to an overseas travelers travails, the connections some of them never functioned from day zero, others were disconnected mid way with no information whatsoever. A medical emergency back home could not be communicated in time thanks to the existence of such unfortunate players.
If that was not enough, escalated bills is the next in line which prudently is sent to you on your return with no explanation to the horrific experience. They then have the audacity to chase you stealthily through aclaims department for the unused and unpaid fictitious bills. While legal is the only recourse for the ones who have been through it all, let me leave you with an affirmative warning never to try the services of such a player even if it comes to you for the moon. Play safe!*
