I will write this review in form of timelines - All in 2015
19/4 - I contacted Clay for SIM in US.
21/4 - I was made aware of the plan which was 3000+ Service Tax
24/4 - I was provided with SIM
My travel period was 27/4 to 16/5 and Clay assured me that they would pick up my card once I return back.
This plan was postpaid plan and I was given commitment that I will get the bill once I am back. Till now everything was fair.
Now the pain starts -
4/5 - An amount of 3921 is deducted from my credit card.
6/5 - Senior Manager of Kolkata Mr Nabendu says don’t worry I will get is reversed.
I use the phone and service was okay types.
I return back on 16/5. No one came to collect SIM card. I called Clay for atleast 20-25 times. Finally they collected the card on 29/5 as if it was my duty for their SIM to be collected.
4/6 - Another amount deducted from my account amounting to 3761.
Several calls and emails done but no response and continous fighting with those cheaters I got my Rs 3761 reversed in September.
Again this was their manager’s plan to get this second bill sorted post which he will fight for my first bill.
Ideally I was supposed to get Rs 570 back from my first bill and today after more than 300 calls and 100 mails, the issue is still pending.
This is kind of service they offer and charge exorbitant amounts. They fool you with wrong product details and bill as per their wishes.
I have everything documented for whatever I have written above so guys please go for this company.
