So, I created an account and sent them my income information. I purchased the 1500 plan. There was no acknowledgement in the first place. After 2 days, I sent an email asking them to start working. Then, I got an email saying it will be done by end of day. They did send me my tax calculation by the end of day.
Tax was calculated with a major error. He missed my PF investment in the calculation and because of this he calculated interest for late payment due to extra tax from not counting PF. A part of my tax is paid by TDS, I had to pay the remaining amount. I sent an email asking for the breakup of remaining tax, no response was received.
Don’t even bother paying for their professional service. The only reason we go for it is to get it done timely and expect accuracy. You can pay 1500 to a person whom you can meet and get the tax calculation done. I’ve seen their website, it is fairly easy to use. But, paid service is pathetic.
