I booked ticket on their website by that time they offered in a bold title as 20% Cash back on purchasing air ticket through NBD card later they charged fully.
I contact their Customer service they told me within 5 working days it will returned back but nothing happen, their useless Sales Executive called me and said they cant give this offer that I fail to enter their Coupon ID, Why like this?
They know very well I purchased through the card what they said then what’s that ID going to do... they dont knw from where their getting money to them. its a great way of cheating.......
Pls never entertain people like this. its their duty to guide us properly to avail such offers...More over they dont have proper contacts..Its big difficult to reach them.
