I had book air tickets till now on Cleartrip and found it to be cheaper from Yatra and MMT .However I had never booked hotels with cleartrip and I found to be horror that cleartrip is a real trickmaster in terms of offers and bookings. Although you will have offers that will show on the websire and mails, they are never applicable to you. The customer support will have several excuses and false information.
Second, I don’t trust the IVR booking over cleartrip as I guess those are not genuine as there is no proof that it is from the bank IVR . Please avoid booking through IVR.
Third, the offers are really tempting but never work out. If the hotel is really cheap, the offer do not work out.
