Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Worst service I have ever seen.
I booked the hotel in Ooty, I got the confirmation from Cleartrip saying, my stay is confirmed and the money was deducted from my account.
Just 2 days before my stay, I got a call from cleartrip saying, the hotel which I booked was not available, need to book the alternative. The alternatives are just poor as they are.
More improvement needed!
