Few days back I called to the Hotel/Airlines Agent to book a Hotel and Air
Tickets from Delhi
to Ooty and Kodaikanal. Three to Four days he was keep trying to book these
details but was helpless at the end of the days.
Finally, I search at the Website and found this website, First I call to their
Mumbai Office. It was good experience to talk with them. I got Hotel as per
need and Suggestions from the call centre executives.
Finally, It was required to book the details from their Website. It was
good experience to use this site in next couple on minutes I got the confirmed
reservation in hotel as well air tickets.
These ware the same hotel where my agent was saying that there is not even a
single room available and all the room sold-out. It is New Year time I know it
is difficult to get confirmed room from hotels which are at hilly or beach
areas. My agent was providing the similar kind of hotel in the cost which was
three times higher.
