I tried booking tickets twice on the same sector. Both times it did not work but my account has been debited. Their customer service guy cannot explain why it does not work. Clearly they dont care enough to fix the problem.
This is a problem that happens recurrently. It may be because of the IRCTC connection. The error message says that I have not been verified by the IRCTC site, which is incorrect because I have been verified and have recently booked tickets on the same site.
The rest of the site works, is user friendly and convenient. But it still does not make up for having money debited from your account- money which they take up to 20 days to refund. Its just not fair.
