Its a legal notice to you under the consumer protection act 1986 for redressal of my grievance on account of cheating and deficiency in services for the booking under reference.
I desire that you refund the said amount immediately with an apology letter for harassing me and embarrassing me buy not confirming my planned accommodation at bareilly for which full upfront payment was made.
Also i would like to be compensated for the harassment and mental agony that i and my wife being senior citizens had to face being left cheated and promised services of your company.
In case of no reply, compensation or redressal of my complaint i would be forwarding my complaint to the consumer court.
Hope that your company realizes its mistake and addresses the issue.
