I booked hotel in LA, usa. They did not mention the charges clearly during payment. Once I booked the hotel , even then also I confirmed it from customer care, he said you don’t need to pay any amount you have already paid the whole amount. when I saw the booking voucher then I got to know that I need pay 50 usd as property fee. Other hotel booking apps clearly mention the charges but clear trip don’t mention anything clearly. I was getting very good options but because of this scam now I have to pay so much extra from my pocket. They are scammers
