I booked a ticket on this site from Bengluru to Delhi. due to some reason I had to cancel the ticket. To my shock I found that this cheater site deducted convenient fee plus other charges apart from compulsory airlines cancellation charges.
When I tried to bring this to customer care officer I was given false promise that they would not charge extra but ultimately they denied. As all the communication is done over phone one has nothing in record.
cost of ticket= 5328
air line cancellation charge=3000
amount refunded= 1748
had I directly booked through airline I would have got 2328
The amount 580 which they have cheated from me are not justified.
ONE SHOULD BE BEWARE OF SUCH CHEATER SITES. IT IS BETTER TO BOOK DIRECTLY FROM AIRLINES SITES OR SOME GOVERNMENT SITES.
