Was searching for a good fare for Delhi-London-Delhi, and happened to find the best fare on ClearTrip, which seemed too good to be true.
Booked a ticket for Delhi-London-Delhi, vide Trip ID 908210065, using their Cleartrip for Business Portal. They took out money from my Account, but the ticket is not confirmed, and now they are saying the rates have gone up.
I asked them to refund my money, to which they say, they will take 2-3 days. If they can take out the money immediately, why cannot they refund the money back immediately.
First of all, they should have not charged, if they don’t have a confirmed booking. It seems they don’t have a Online System, and are a Fraud Outfit, taking out money from people’s account, and using it. Consumers need to get together, and see to it that this company is shut down, and they do not fraud more, innocent customers.
