False Promises, Pathetic Service..Cleartrip's Core

I think you guys are the worst in the industry. Kudos to you for making a fool of thousands of us everyday. You should stop making false brand promised to your customers. When you ask us to hold for not more than 2 minutes, what do you mean? You are making a promise to each one of us and then we should keep holing for 4-5 or even 10 minutes. And this is not something which only I have experienced, it is something which each one of us experiences with you on a daily basis. It is just something which has been taught to you to speak.


You guys made a mess to our vacation plans this summer. First you made a reservation, charged my credit card and then sent me a message that the booking failed. When I called, you told me that the booking is confirmed and that you would be sending me the voucher in 20 mins, 2 hours, 24 hours and then the same false promises for 2 days.


Today when I called you, you told me that you are still trying to confirm my booking. Who has given the right to you to play with our emotions and travel plans. I think you guys just suck to the core. Your core itself is not sorted. I think it sorts all from the core from inside out.
