Because of medical emergency, I had rescheduled my flight from 12th May to 23rd April 2023. They rescheduled it to 14th May 2023 and now I am not getting any refund back from them. They just keep saying we are checking software.
And somehow they know this because first time they attendant told me sir don’t reschedule from site, you may lose your money. If so, why you are running your business.
