Please avoid this website. Don’t choose as it has low prices. No customer support and no proper response. If you cancel your booking they wont refund ur money also. My money got wasted and I got a horrible experience with this site.
I booked hotel through Cleartrip and wanted to cancel.I called nearly 20 times to connect customer care and later they didn’t know how to cancel it.
They didn’t cancel my booking and my money got wasted. There is no proper process to refund ur money also.
They will put extra charges and you need to follow up regularly to get that minimum amount also.
AVOID CLEARTRIP SITE SERIOUSLY!
