I booked my tickets on couple of ocassions with clear trip and had a great experience . the e tickets came on time and were very simple in the format , much easier and effective than others like Yatra.Only thing that beats me is that some of these online services get you better deals sometimes and others at other times . The use of the site is also quick , simple quick and user friendly. I have recently booked for a Hotel as well which I shall be using in June , called them and checked after booking thru clear trip and got their confirmation of the booking within an hour of booking so I guess it should also be OK.
On line booking as such has made travel very very convinient but I am sure that some time during this sudden burst of such sites on the travel scene there would be some slips and problems with such bookings we would have to take these in the stride till such services develop further and improve I guess that is the reason such services are getting very poor ratings , but I guess such reviws should only push them to improve .
