Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Recently I booked a ticket using my mobile phone browser. The browser supports 128 bit encryption as per my understanding just like any PC browser would. Tried booking and a message popped up saying - Oops cleatrip website is behaving badly, etc. I though the transaction did not go through as I did not get any PNR / Ticket confirmation SMS. I got the ticket booked through another source. When I landed at the airport, I was told there is yet another ticket booked in my name. I got the extra ticket cancelled. It turned out that the ticket was booked through the mobile. Isn’t that strange? No SMS, No on screen confirmation and ticket is confirmed.
I want to know if other people faced the same issue.
I took a hot of Rs. 1000/- on account of cancellation charges. I promised myself never to use clartrip. I will give my feedback to as many people as possinble if cleartrip does not resolve my issue. I have already wriien to them, complained on their website. there is no response from them. pathetic customer service. I intend to approach a consumer court to get my money back. I feel cheated. It’s not aout the 1k. It’s insulting to be taken for a ride like this. Only cheats do such things.
