Disgusting service provided by cleartrip. I booked two air tickets and I was entitled for Rs. 500 off (voucher) on next hotel booking. I used that voucher while booking hotel on their site.
However there was no deduction from the amount. I called their representative and he told that the amount will be cash backed after I complete my stay. The cash back never happened and even after numerous emails to them, they haven’t done anything in this regard. in fact they now say that they didn’t find any voucher details in my hotel booking. I will never ever book my ticket through cleartrip as the tickets are also normal or sometimes over priced.
A very unprofessional behavior.
