I have been chasing a refund, but it has not been credited.
When I called the Customer Care Executive, whose name is Soniya, she said the refund had been completed. However, when she checked the details, she started to apologize.This company, and its CEO, is committing fraud by keeping customers money and using it for business expansion.
I believe I should file a complaint with the Economic Offenses Wing and the Enforcement Directorate.
