These guys charge a "convenience fee" over and beyond "cancellation fee" which you cna know onbly if you would have gone through the fine print of booking policy before booking the tickets.
Also, you need to call them separately post cancelling your ticket with the respective airline, to even start their process of cancellation from Cleartrip.
Don’t book tickets via them.they are cheaters:(
