Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have booked a round ticket through Clear trip. Previously 2 times I have booked through this site, I thought it was giving good discounts but this time I felt It was waste of my money.
I will never book from this site in my life.. They are just playing with the customers saying they have good discounts. I have checked other websites where there are real discounts..
The tickets are expensive than the respective flight websites and an extra amount of 300 rs processing fee charged, and they have given a coupon code which I did not enter while filing the details. I have immediately informed about this to customer care. But they bluntly denied any help in this matter. So I had to pay 400 unnecessarily for the tickets. I would have got the deal for less amount if I would have booked through the respective Air India or Jet Airways website directly.
Never go by the Cleartrip deals. There is no deal as such. They charge it somewhere and give a discount. They charge you an extra amount as processing fee and then give a discount saying some code to enter.
