This is regarding trip id: 1209138070 which is a booking for Hotel Haveli in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The booking was from 26 Dec to 28 Dec 2012. We checked in to the hotel on 26 Dec at 10 AM. The hotel room was absolutely dirty, the walls of the hotel room were broken and the ceiling of the toilet was plastered here and there with cement. Further the staff dint provide us clean bed sheets and towels.


To our surprise, there was no bedding used and instead a sponge was supplied. I had complained to cleartrip customer care the same day immediately after check in multiple times. The photos shown on cleartrip website were not matching at all with the condition of the hotel room. I called up customer care multiple times but they dint help me in either changing the room nor providing refund. Their customer service is very bad.
