Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
My trip ID is 1510020352.I booked the hotel on 1st October for 2 rooms.They confirmed the booking and then I started my journey.I was about to reach the destination and I got a message that my hotel booking has been cancelled.
As soon as I got the message I called the Customer Care.1st they started saying that I have made the cancellation and after So many arguments they accepted that they have made it mistakenly.It was almost 7 PM.The convo. started @2PM.Hotel checkin time was 12:00PM. Then there was a mAnasultanger named(AJIT) assisted me saying that he will book me another hotel and I agreed and once I reached that hotel and called up that guy he didn’t pick my call.
Then again I contacted customer care and it was almost 7PM.They said they can’t help me.This is nothing but a fraud.I am totally disappointed with cleartrip and I would suggest never ever book from cleartrip.
