Once I have uploaded my resume for new job on Clickjobs.com. I have uploaded to get the relevant call related to my profile but really it did not happen to me. as the catagories to putting details related to employee is not that much relevant I hope they could not do bullen search from there portal while fetching details related to candidates.
Website is not designed in well manner need to improvised a lot to get the better result and exect people. employer categories/ location/ Education all are there. but the rest detailing thing are not there so some time BPO/kpo and another industries called me or opening but not related to my profiles and skills later on I had deleted my id then could get relief from fake calls. Website need to improve and website load time is quite much unlike naukri.com and othe.
