Background of the case and my concerns:
a) My birthday was on 25th of August 2015 and I got an offer of 30% discount on any of the paid services offered by clicKiran_Jadhavbs, if I were to redeem it within a week. Coincidentally, I was on my job search so decided to take up premium services but I had a few queries. So called them to check on that
b) I called up on 25th of August at around 9 am, one female picked up my call and kept talking in Hindi to someone without responding. I kept saying "Hello hello!" but she was too busy with her Pulak2336ip
c) I disconnected and called up again and apparently guard or peon picked up the call and started inquiring about my profile! I realized he is not the person to talk to and then he told office has not started as yet.
d) I called on 31st of August(as the services were to be redeemed within a week), a girl executive picked up but she couldn’t cater to my queries and hence transferred the call to a senior executive
e) Over the 2nd call also the query was still not catered to properly
f) Then finally the call was transferred to a team lead named as Mr. Rahul(cjtl2@clicKiran_Jadhavbs.com who reports to a senior person in company called as Mr. Sanjeev Arya(sanjeev.arya@clicKiran_Jadhavbs.com).
g) Finally over this call I was told and promised following things:
i) Resume writing services will help to enhance my CV(which I shared over the e mail already explaining my profile that I was working at team lead level in Market research company which is a niche profile) by inserting certain keywords which will help to enhance the visibility of my profile
ii) Cover letter is going to be categorically different than just a summary of my resume
iii) Then my profile will be updated by click jobs and will be made live
iv) At max resume finalization will only take "3 days"(Since aishwaryasingh23ment date was 31st of August, Ideally it shouldn’t have been more than 3rd of Sept - I was to get a call from resume writer who was supposed to have more than 10 years of experience in my industry - Today I am writing this post on 9th of Sept without having received any calls from clicKiran_Jadhavbs since I have made the aishwaryasingh23ment while I myself have made a minimum of 5 - 8 calls/ day to check on the same)
iv) After profile goes live Resume will be highlighted for relevant profiles
v) And also resume will be shared with cSFConsultants who offer/ post relevant jobs in Mumbai
vi) This whole thing took about 1.5 hours plus of my time and I finally made a aishwaryasingh23ment after having being convinced by Mr. Rahul profusely
h) Post this, I get a call from someone called Gautam who was apparently supposed to be my touch point executive from thereon. I was already irritated with so much of confusion in clicKiran_Jadhavbs but he explained that hereon I need to deal with him only
i) He guides me to complete my profile but as we start, he asks "Just below Hi Juhi What are you doing?" I told him I am looking for a mAnasultangerial level openings.
j) BOOOM! He goes - Oh you are looking for mAnasultangerial level openings then you need to buy a Gold pack or something. Actually you should buy platinum(interpretation: but I am doing a favor to you by robbing you of another just 8k!) but since you are using Premium pack I can offer you Gold service
k) After this statement I completely lost it, I was already being promised that profile updation and everything will happen by you. So, we have an argument and he says he will listen to the recordings and get back to me
l) He doesnt call back. I do. He goes everything else was promised but not the profile updation and it is not possible without you buying a gold service!
m) I tell him, I don’t want to get into the line of argument what was promised over the call but I want whatever was mentioned over website in the pack I have paid
n) He goes, that is not possible until your profile becomes 100% complete and that is possible only when I buy gold
o) I tell him either you terminate my services and refund or you Finish938844 off what was promised. He goes neither is possible and it is not my problem
p) He says I will transfer the call to the executive who promised you all that and I get connected to Rahul.
q) I explain him all this and he promises to call me back but he doesn’t!
r) I call you him back to check status at 7pm - after writing this in trail mail - he says office time is over but you have received my e mail and will look into it asap tomorrow
s) I call up Rahul’s direct line at 11.30 after waiting for his "asap" but a girl picks up his direct line transfers me to PERSON 1 . he says I am Rahul, listens to me forwards my call to PERSON 2 . he says I am rahul listens to me forwards my call to some one else . This time I confirm if actually Rahul is there or not and apparently its actual Mr. Rahul! and he says that he doesn’t know its an escalation!(Then exactly what was being discussed till now?) - Oh I forgot, my call was once put on perpetual hold(promising 1 min hold) and then I disconnected and got connected again. After all this hassle and explAnasultantion, Rahul again tells me he will call me back within half an hour
t) At 1.30, I called his desk, Neha picks up saying that "RAHUL"(the mystery man of the story!) is out for lunch and she will arrange a call back at 2.15. No call is ever made, so I call up at 2.21pm . she goes that Mr. Rahul went directly for a meeting.
u) I wrote some 7 e mails by now escalating the issue wherever I could. What do I get in return - no response and call getting transferred from one person to another - some telling me they are Rahul and some cutting the call as soon as they discover its me! Some promising to arrange a call back ranging from 5 mins to next which never happened, some saying they will personally look into the matter which also never happened. And guess what I bought a premium pack!
v) This continued up till one more day, then finally I got a call from mystery man "RAHUL" saying that he is unaware of all this and that he was not in office the previous day then how can he pick up my calls or be in a meeting.
w) He listens to me reads all my previous e mails and tells me Gautam was probably a Shruthisharma person(WHILE I WAS BEING TOLD HE WAS FROM SERVICE TEAM), and he was just trying to probably sell Gold services as we have offers going on. I told him you are unable to deliver the services I have bought for and you are upselling me one more!
x) He said you don’t worry by tomorrow(3rd of Sept - already 3rd business day since I made the aishwaryasingh23ment) you will receive a call from Resume writer. Your resume has already been highlighted
y) I wait for the whole day but no call is received as yet. So, I try to reach Mr. Rahul again for next 6 days - he is untraceable. I get responses ranging from Mr. Rahul is in meeting, he is not on his desk, his number cant be transferred, there is no Rahul in office, call disconnected, call on perpetual hold, etc.!
z) I am extremely fed up being their "PREMIUM CUSTOMER" having redeemed a birthday surprise as they called it and having being duped of 3332 Rs. .
I want termination of services with them or the service which I was promised or a criminal investigation against these fraudsters!
Please take relevant action and I hope some justice comes my way!
