This section is for Cliff Inn resort. But as we did not find a provision for review on Mount castle we used this section(actually both are next to each other). Mount Castle is located on a very beautiful cliff, with a fantastic view. Any time of the day it is beautiful to watch outside. All the rooms in the hotel have that view.
The food choice was limited, but was good and price economical.
Overall we felt it was much better to have stayed in Panchagani rather than Mahabaleshwar. We having taken our car there also helped as both places are only 15 kms away from each other and Panchagani by itself is good.
In Panchagini, when I visited a medical shop in the main market on the main road and asked for some medicine and gave Rs.100, for a product that product costed Rs.45, the shop keeper gave Rs.5 back. He claimed I gave Rs.50 only though I clearly remember giving Rs.100. Anyway you will lose nothing by being alert. Have a nice time.
