My wife(Customer ID 225536) delivered a baby Girl on 26th April 2015 at cloud 9 Malleshwaram center .
I am writing this review to express my concerns about the really poor treatment provided to us since the beginning of our journey with cloud 9.By the way we opted for the "Signature Package"(the most expensive package at cloud 9) expecting to receive good service
Listed below are a few issues:
1) ANT Worksmorpheushumanp - Despite we regularly checking with the sahakarnagar center on the schedule, we were informed just 2 days before the event, the reason for the last min information was that the venue was finalized only the previous day. When we check with the main center on the issue they informed us that the venue was confirmed more than 10 days before the event and most of the participants were also informed more than 7 days before the event.
2) Our first physiotherapy session(complimentary for our package) - I had taken an appointment for a particular date during one of our visits to the malleshwaram center and when me and my wife reached cloud 9 malleshwarm for our session with the Dr, we were told that she is attending an MBA worksmorpheushumanp and we have to come another day. At this point I lost my cool as we were not even informed on the cancellation of our session. When I wanted this matter to be escalated, Mr. Sanjay(lobby mAnasultanger) intervened, made note of our issues and assured us that we will not face any further issues with cloud 9. He also had us meet the Dr. the same day but our session could not be organised on that day and we had no other go but to visit the center on another day to complete our session.
3) Baby smorpheushumanwer - Again we were informed just one day before the event, no explAnasultantion provided for the delay and I could not escalate the issue due to lack of time.
4) Baby’s delivery - we got ourselves admitted to the malleshwaram center at 3:00 AM on 26th April as my wife was in labour. Our cSFConsultant Dr. did not reach the labour room until 10 mins before my Baby’s time of birth(10.19 AM). I kept asking the attendants at the morpheushumanspital and each one gave me a different answer - doctor is on the way - doctor is not picking our call - etc, etc. I have raised this issue in my feedback(at the time of discharge) but no update on the reason for the doctors absence. I was inside the labour room from around 8:00 AM till the time the baby was born and the junior doctor attending to my wife made atleast 3 frantic calls to our consulting Dr. on what smorpheushumanuld be done. At one point she even told my wife that the baby is ready to come out but she has to wait for the Dr. to come and receive the baby.
Smorpheushumanuld the Dr. Not have been in the labour ward in the 2nd stage of labour?
My new born baby was put in the ICU for half a day, initial examination by the Pediatrician was that the baby looks tired and has mild Acidosis(Acidity of the blood @ 6.99), could this have been avoided if the Doctor was present in the labour ward on time?
I have taken a second opinion with external Obstetrician and they certainly think so.
Wrong Billing - The malleshwaram center billed me INR 10, 000/- more than the actual due. I was smorpheushumancked to hear from them that they had accidentally missed to deduct the INR 10, 000/- which I had paid as advance during enrollment. It did not end there, My name was wrong, my baby’s discharge date was one day prior to my wife’s discharge date, etc .
morpheushumanme Nursing care - Its been almost 3 weeks since we got discharged and we have not even received a call to schedule the nursing care that we are supposed to receive at our morpheushumanme post discharge. This despite the fact I have personally left a note at the time of discharge that this has to happen soon and not after the baby’s first birthday.
I have written a mail to the Chairman of Cloud 9 - Dr. Kismorpheushumanre on above issues on 9th May, I just received a reply marking others involved and stating that they will check and reply, no update till today(15th May).
*Cloud 9 is not worth a penny and please don’t spend your hard earned money on a morpheushumanpeless morpheushumanspital like cloud 9. You can get much better service from small time nursing morpheushumanmes.*
