Cloudnine has certainly lost its reputation and I feel they are not really bothered and its more of becoming business mans rather trying to give best experience. I had our first child in 2013 @ old airport road and today we visited bellandur branch for getting some tests done. I have been told at old airport branch that I will get the same price and corporate discount but when I visited personal at the billing counter started talking, its not available here when I confronted I have got that discount but they have added registration charges of Rs.150 and the logic is I am visiting first time bellandur, really man so cheap.(we are registered with them since 2012 and I visited old airport on 17th July but I have paid 150 Rs reg. charges at bellandur again) - no logic provided by the staff. Is cloudnine bellandur is different from old airport road? When I asked customer feedback form, no one was really bothered, I spoke to Kirti and they have provided but started talking we are also employees here(what can we do?) what kind of customer relationship people - I didn’t write the feedback and said the would post online feedback, no one really bothered to talk to me further. I must say the attitude of the staff is really rude and you feel like pay money and beg in front of them.i would suggest that don’t use their lab and scan service and better to go to good labs . they will suck money with high attitude and lack of professionalism. this is very honest feedback to cloudnine, money is first part but customer experience should be at most priority.
