This is my personal experience with Dr. Kini and Cloud 9.
My wife is in 20th week of pregnancy and has been undergoing consultations from Dr. Kini. He usually dismisses us in 5 minutes and is impatient to hear any more issues.
We have been warned against going to Kini but we were fine till this happened.
My wife developed severe backache on a Sunday afternoon and she could not tolerate it. We call up Kini and he does not pick upo calls. My wife is a Dentist and being a doctor by herself, she realized that something is more wrong than a usual backache. We go to Cloud 9 hospital and a duty doctor took 40 minutes to attend my wife who was ailing in absolute pain till then.
The duty doctor then calls up Kini and he picks up to ask her to given an injunction from a 2 liner hearing of problems. He does not bother to ask about the complications and seek more information. After taking injunction, my wife felt dizzy and she became nauseatic.
She became extremely suspectful of these guys attention and being a Doctor, she could figure out that this pain may be due to Kidney Stones passing through her urinary tract. We ourselves went to Lady Hospital, the gynac there was very nice to give attention to my wifes problems. She did the scan and foudn that there is a blockage in the tract.
We then take the Utlrasound scan in a diagnostic center and take it to a very senior Urologist. He said there is a 6 mm stone and can prescribe medicine for extreme pain. But he wanted to check the medicines with our Gynac for pregnancy conditions. We call up Kini from there, he blatantly refuses to talk to Urologist and then on further rinsisiting, he talks to the doctor and says YES to a medicine and hastily cuts the call.
Our Urologist himself was irritated and asked us to check with him next day for that medicine before we take it during pregnancy conditions. We consulted 3 gynacs and our Urologist calls us 3ice next day that we should not take that medicine which was the same medicine which was confirmed "YES" from Kini in a hasty and reckless manner.
Now this is a grave matter of negligence, ignorance and unprofessional behavior from Kini and from Cloud 9 hospital. For every consultation, we are ripped big time for such pathetic potentially harmful service from them.
Please avoid Kini and joyfully MONEY MINTING CLOUD 9. My wife being a doctor was capable of realizing and identifying the reasons for her complications and we took steps to correctly identify the issue. With any other normal person from non medical background, this experience would have been disastrous. We are discontinuing our consultations with Kini.
