We happened to visit Cloudnine-Jayanagar by the name of the doctor who was well-known to us - Dr. Leela Bhagwan. This was for our second baby- we kept visiting Cloudnine during my spouse’s preganancy till delivery. I have no comments on the doctor who’s committed to her work. She’s approachable, answers all the queries of the patients with a smile and very well experienced.
Cloudnine has a very nice infrastructure but the support staff struggles to maintain it. The A/C wasn’t working while it was needed but they managed to get an alternative quickly. The nursing staff was very supportive during the admitted period.
While we got admitted for the delivery, there was another doctor - Suman Singh as Dr. Leela Bhagwan was not in town during the time we were in. Even Dr. Suman Singh was equally good in handling the patient’s situation and was very supportive.
Administration/Billing: Cloudnine has automated its consultation/appointments but again not working up to the mark. Though the consultation fees is slightly more I felt it’s worth paying for the doctor we were consulting.
I had to pay an additional Senior Doctors Consultation Fee while she was on leave! clearly indicating that its pure business.
Overall, I would say the time we were there wasn’t that bad as I see with other’s experience but again not the best too, as they claim.
