I have a four month baby and I went this morning to the hospital as I live next door to buy some baby products from the shop and pharmacy. I was greeted by impolite rude and u helpful staff. At the shop the lady refused to show me products and told another customer that she only sells things to customers who will be loyal to the shop. She refused to answer my queries or help me find things. Annoyed I went to the pharmacy to meet a man who had no customers but refused to answer me when questioned . When I asked for the third time if they have a formula with low lactose , he looked at me and said “we only sell nan pro excella” I said but what if a baby is intolerant . He said madam I only sell this , that is not my problem. I cannot order for you or help you.
Staff needs to learn to be polite helpful and kind. We are mostly parents who are struggling to find things apt for their little ones.
